This is a local little soul food restaurant. They work hard and provide good food for a very reasonable price. There are a couple tables but it seems to be more of a takeout place. They have a breakfast for less than 5.

I work all night overnight in Gulfport and have done so for over a year now. McCall's and Son Restaurant is the thing I look forward to every morning. The fellas are professional and serves good, quality food at affordable prices. The bacon is crisp, the pork chops are to die for, and the potato blend is delicious. A me tee of mine tried the catfish and he was done eating them before we even left out the door! The grits and eggs aren't salted much, or at all, which in my opinion is great for our community because too many of us are gone too soon from high blood pressure and hyper tension. The have do it yourself coffee as well as homemade fruit punch, Lemonade, and bottled orange juices. Looking forward to many more mornings with McCall's and Son!

I got to say the food is excellent The service is excellent I've been going there for a few months now and every time I walk in good morning the smiles are on their face never know attitudes even the guy back there on the grill he speaks and talks to the customers I don't know The employee's names but all of them are nice it's good to support a black-owned business.

Very good food and the price is even better. The 2 Holla hit the spot with the added Salmon Pattie. This will now be my go to spot.

Great cheap breakfast stop! They have a ready area, and you just select what you want. Very easy and quick!
